Q1: What is Phoehua?
A: We are an original brand focusing on plus-size formal dresses and wedding attire. Combining elegant oriental aesthetics with modern tailoring, we create stylish, well-fitted gowns suitable for wedding ceremonies, banquets, parties and formal occasions.
Q2: Where are our products designed and made?
A: All dresses are independently designed and manufactured by professional apparel factories, adopting premium materials and fine craftsmanship.
Q3: Who are our dresses suitable for?
A: Our collections cater specially to plus-size figures, offering inclusive sizing to present graceful and charming looks for formal and wedding scenes.
📏 Sizing & Fit
Q1: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please refer to the size chart on each product page (bust, waist, hips, length). Our sizes run standard US/EU sizing. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Q2: Do your clothes run small or large?
A: Most styles run true to size. Loose-fit linen/blouse styles are intentionally oversized. Cheongsams and fitted dresses are tailored; please check measurements carefully.
Q3: What if the size doesn’t fit?
A: We offer easy returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery (see Returns section). We strongly recommend checking measurements first.
Q4: Are your fabrics stretchy?
A:
- Silk, linen, cotton: minimal stretch
- Satin, blended fabrics: slight stretch
- Knit styles: soft stretch

🛒 Orders & Payments
Q1: How to complete an order?
A: Select preferred size and style, add to cart, submit checkout and finish payment.
Q2: Can I amend or cancel submitted orders?
A: Orders start processing soon after payment. Modification or cancellation is acceptable within 12 hours after placement via email contact. No adjustment is allowed once goods dispatched.
Q3: What payment methods do you support?
A: We currently only accept PayPal payment.
Q4: Is payment transaction secure?
A: All payments are processed via official encrypted PayPal channel, your private financial information is fully protected.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q1: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, and most countries.
Q2: How long does shipping take?
A:
- Processing time: 3–4 business days
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days (US/EU)

Note: International orders may face minor customs delays.
Q3: How can I track my order?
A: After shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking number and link. You can also track in your account.
Q4: Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
A: Customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes charged by your country. We do not cover these fees.
Q5: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us immediately with your order number. We will resend or refund based on tracking and carrier investigation.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q1: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Q2: How do I start a return?
A: Email support@phoehua.com with:
- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
We will reply with return instructions and address.
Q3: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong item sent (our mistake).
Q4: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Q5: Can I exchange for a different size/color?
A: Yes. Please note your preferred size/color in your return email.
Q6: Are sale items returnable?
A: All sales items are final (no return/exchange).
🧵 Product Care
Q1: How to care for silk/linen/cotton items?
A:
- Silk: Hand wash cold, gentle detergent, hang dry, avoid direct sun
- Linen: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, iron while damp
- Cotton: Machine wash cold, normal cycle
Detailed care instructions are on each garment’s inner label.
Q2: Will the colors fade?
A: High-quality fabrics are pre-washed and color-fixed. Minor fading may occur after long-term sun exposure—this is normal for natural fibers.
